Honestly the view was nice and the apartment building itself was nice. However the maintenance there is severely lacking for the 2 years I lived there. When I moved in I noted the patio was missing a rale and the window was cracked. They came in once to measure the window but never replaced it. Then a hole formed in the roof(I was top floor) which caused a massive amount of water to leak into the wall. It took them 2 months to fill in the hole and another 6 months to fix the massive crack that formed. l called them multiple times and they kept telling me they don't cover acts of nature. When they did finally fixed it they left alot of plaster chips on the floor that they didn't even clean. When putting in my notice they didn't charge me the full rent I owed. When I called to ask about the difference they added the remaining amount but also charged me late fees. Thankfully they were able to remove it but it took some calling to get it fixed. Overall really nice place but I definitely suggest that maintenance is improved.

The apartment is spacey and the grounds are always well kept. The trees offer a nice isolation from the busy city. I have had a couple problems with people smoking in my non smoking building, but a call to emergency maintenance has solved that issue when it comes up. Work orders are completely quickly, and overall I’m pleased with the staff interactions I’ve had. Rent is a little higher than I was expecting, but it’s also lower than most other places in the area!

I have lived here for 8 years. We’ve not had any trouble. It’s a nice neighborhood and the staff is great. Maintenance comes out to fix issues quickly(only called 3x). I went from a family of two and grew to a family of 4. They helped to move us into a bigger apartment quickly.

Maintenance is efficient and thorough. Grounds are clean of trash but residents fail to pick up after their dogs. Quiet for the most part but some thumping bass from cars occasionally. Biggest gripe is the office people not returning calls and/or following up on requests - be prepared to call several times to accomplish anything.
