I've been returning to this location for the past three years, and now favor it over Four Winds in New Buffalo. Why? Because of the large variety of older games that they have there. They certainly have newer ones, and you're CERTAINLY going to experience a nice payout with a little close to nothing in your pocket. During my recent visit. The older games were playing with my emotions a little...but it took one newer game, one 50 cents bet...and a few hours later, I walked out the door with a little over $600 in my pocket!

I am in town for work and this is the hotel my employer booked. At first glance it is a very nice hotel. The rooms are large and the shower is beautiful. However, the longer I was here, I started noticing things. While my room smelled fine, you get slapped in the face with cigarette smoke smell as soon as you walk into the hall. The heating/cooling works well, but startled me a few times kicking on because it is loud. Also, for having a beautiful bathroom, I was surprised to see there is a mold/mildew problem. Lastly, the lights work oddly. I have no idea what half of these buttons say (and they randomly shut off on me one day), so it was a button mashing experience to get what I wanted. For as expensive as the hotel seems to be, it's not worth it.

This is gonna be a long one! Broken glass and beer bottle caps all over our floor (see the pics). Dirty pillowcases and bedspread. Hair all over the bathroom. The curly kind.😫 Two bars in the whole casino. One was closed. The other had one barmaid. One barmaid for the whole casino!!! Then a bunch of closed off sections to move games. Half built displays and broken machines. Had to walk past the casino lobby to get to the pool, in our suits. Awkward. Casino security loved it. No food in the casino during the week. Only food option is a terrible deli outside the casino. Ended up leaving and going to Local Option Bar. Highlight of the vacation. They got 5 stars, btw. It's like this casino and hotel are doing just the bare minimum to keep the place open. The place was empty. Probably still just blaming the pandemic.

Stopped by to gamble in the night after exploring Michigan City all day. Upon arriving I was asked to step aside once they checked my ID by the entrance. I was standing on the side for a couple of minutes, until security came out. I was informed they were looking for someone that might have the same name as me. Once everything was cleared by the police I was able to enter. I did feel a little bit embarrassed, but I was still able to enjoy my night!
