Good for the price. Checking out now after one night stay ... strange they asked me to leave the keys inside the room instead of the front office which is locked.

Needed a last-minute overnight parking for my 30' motorhome. Beautiful and comfortable little place with a friendly, hard-working owner! 10/10 will stay again :)

Owner was so rude. Walked up to our car and said no rooms avaliable so I said the sign said vacant and he said if you dont have both your shots you aren't getting a room being really rude about it. No where does it say we needed them on the website. Probably should post a sign instead of being rude.

We stayed in RV section behind the motel. I was nervous because of the "rude man" reviews. Yes, Tom is gruff and straight to the point....who cares? The host is very pleasant (which is who you pay and deal with upon arrival). Well maintained grounds, very level, full hookups. So level we never had to unhook or use blocks. Quiet other than thruway noise,which we block with the fan running. Shady, pond with catfish which we were free to fish and keep the catch. Wi-Fi was good. Nicley spaced sites, cement pads, grassy area with tree at each. First come first serve, but I still called and "reserved" so to speak. $30. Cant beat the price! Right off thruway! Dont let the negative reviews deter you...wdve been on the road for 7 weeks, weve stayed at many campgrounds. This one is nice.
