The staff, food and accommodations were outstanding! They made my dog and me feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience! Very reasonably priced for having a jacuzzi and beautiful lakeview from our balcony! It was a beautiful tropical experience right here in my hometown and I highly recommend them!!

The inn is in a wonderful location however the room we stayed in was not clean, smelled of smoke and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. The bedskirt had a giant stain on it The sheets were old and I just prayed they were clean but I am not too sure about that. We stayed 2 nights and after the 1st night we put out the sign for housekeeping to come by. We returned to find that all they did was change the trash and throw (literally throw) the blanket on the bed. No new towels, no vacuuming, and definitely no cleaning. The staff was very nice at check in and the waterfront bar/restaurant was great but that does not make up for the condition of the room.

First off just because it's by the water the Ambiance is very nice. The room was okay but it needs a lot of updating and the housekeeping of the room is very poor. The headboards were very dusty on the bed, the jacuzzi tub jets worked very poorly and the Jets were dirty, in the bathroom there's crack tiles the grout in the bathroom between the tiles are broken and coming up through the floor, the shower inside was dirty along the shower door, the outside of the shower doors we're very poor and rusted, there was no hot water in the shower and no way to adjust it to be hotter without breaking the adjuster. The screen door that leads out to the balcony would not open without breaking it they need new screen doors you cannot slide it back to even get out, the television in the room is about a 32 in even Stevie Wonder couldn't see it, the carpet in the room was very nasty dirty and stained, the fireplace in the room would not work it was dirty, the room smelled like an old folks home, the wallpaper in the room is starting to peel away from the room particularly needs a lot of updating this this is probably why the rate for this room was just over $100. I would like my money back

We had a room with a spa tub (lukewarm water), fireplace and a great view of the lake! The inn was connected to the restaurant (great food!). Very friendly and accommodating staff! There is a pub in the inn, you can also order from the restaurant and eat it there. Great drink menu. I love the setting of the inn.
