The movies are good and people are respectfully quiet. But the theater itself is pretty dirty. I wouldn't blame the business, but the people themselves. Some of them don't know how to clean up after themselves and leave the theater a mess. They probably don't have enough workers to clean it better.

Horrible customer service and dirty food area. I decided to visit this placed after years of avoiding from pass bad experiences. The movie my son wanted to watch was playing the earliest at this theater. We paid for the premier line thinking it would be quicker. The one employee that was working the concession stand ignored our presence in the priority line and kept helping the other line. I finally saw another worker who ended up being a manager and I asked them to help. The manger immediately got an attitude but got our food. Bout time we received food(before I noticed the filth) the movie had already started so we asked for a refund so that we could see another movie that hasn’t started. The manger refused to refund the money for food and tickets and asked us to leave. The manager said they were unravel to refund online tickets, threw away my food and said they could no longer help me. I’m not kidding! The workers were unable to provide a 1-800 #. We left and went to movies 14 in Mishawaka and received great service as usual.

As far as theaters go, this is a very nice place. I went to the first showing of the day and, of course, there was a skeleton crew but they had everything taken care of. They even had hot dogs ready and waiting. Great picture and sound and very clean!

Clean venue, friendly staff and reasonable prices make this perhaps the best theater in South bend! I also highly recommend stopping by the bar there too as there is usually a fun cocktail with the theme from one of the movies playing there at the time. This is what your movie going expirence should feel like. 5 stars all around

Yes, pretty much any standard credit card.
$4.49 for 2D and $7.49 for 3D for showtimes before 4:00 pm. $6.49 for 2D and $9.49 for 3D for showtimes 4:00 pm and after every day. If you have the Stubs Reward card tickets are $4.49 for 2D and $7.49 for 3D all day Tuesday. Tuesdays there are also deals in the concession stand if you have the Stubs card ($4 large popcorn , $4 large pop, $3 regular popcorn, $3 regular pop, $3 candy. That is Tuesdays only with Stubs card which is free to sign up for)
If I'm not mistaken they are competitors...so I would call first
Too bad South Bend is not participating.
You should just in case you are asked while in the theatre to provide proof of purchase. It's not a terrible idea. As for keeping your stub after your movie, Chippewa Bowl (across Chippewa Ave from AMC Movies 16) used to offer a free game of bowling when you bought a game and presented your stub to them. I'm not sure if they still do.
If you Paid for tickets already you get there id say like 10 mins before. Give your thing to the front that should give you your seat then you still g ave time to buy popcorn and drinks
It will be shown this weekend and until next Thursday for sure. The next week's schedule will be made on Tuesday and they'll know then if they still have it
