This was my first time going to the Monroe Vision Clinic, and I have to say the entire staff and Dr. Sessions as well as Carissa were outstanding. Everyone is caring and respectful. Dr. Sessions clearly explained everything that he found in my eye health interior scan/picture of retina, and Carissa helped me find new glasses that really suited my face and color. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. I am so glad that I made the decision to drive to you in Monroe.

Dr. Schneider and his assistant Kristen were both excellent! Neither were pushy. Both were professional and friendly. Jeffrey Seymour, LDO who fitted me for reading glasses is super nice, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. One of the first 2 reading glasses that he chose for me to try on (out of 14-15 pairs) were my favorite! I'll be returning to this office for future care and encouraging my husband to go in for an exam and glasses soon!

Can't recommend this place enough! Dr. Sessions was super friendly and explained everything they saw, so I felt very much in control of my care. I didn't get the name of the lady that helped us with contacts and glasses, but she was really helpful and gave great insights into the things that were important for my glasses. Definitely just became a loyal customer.

This was my first experience with the Monroe Vision Clinic. It was great! Receptionist greeted me with a smile and directed me to the clinic. Another cheery smile greeted me in the clinic, welcoming me there. At every step of the process, I was greeted cheerfully and given detailed enough explanations of everything I encountered. I need stronger prescription glasses, so even in that I was shown the cost of each part, showing me how much my insurance was covering and what was for me to pay. I look forward to returning when my glasses are ready for me.

Questions & Answers

I'm looking to donate several pairs of used prescription glasses when I come in for my exam. Do you send them on to persons in need?

Hi Sharon, We do accept glasses donations and donate them to The Lions Club who matches the prescriptions up to someone in need of a similar prescription. You can drop them off at our office any time. Thank you!

Please ask the clinic what insurances they accept. I have no idea the answer to your question.
