I attended their treatment center for 90 days from 2013-2014. One of the greatest, life changing experiences of my life. My counselor, Debbie Nesbitt; was life altering. I have been clean for 9 years now. I am married with two wonderful children, have an amazing job, and will always remember her hand in my recovery. Thank you Debbie.

This place is ridiculous! Staff are so unprofessional! They tell patients “your just going to relapse the moment you leave!”. They have no faith in their patients. Staff are childish and should not be able to work there! Food is terrible!

Absolutely worst experience imaginable. The food, the unprofessional staff breaking HIPPA laws. They really could care less just get you in and push you out asap cause through the state they get paid the full 8 days wether your there or not. Your housed with mental health patients that need to be in another facility. Didn't feel safe.

I have a lot to say here but First i want to thank the care team and a couple select counselors because they were the only positive factor and they put genuine effort into helping improve our lives. <3. But as for Everything else, i'm Not sure if it could have been a worse experience than the nightmare it was. I Just completed 91 days there today. The Building was falling apart, my room literally leaked whenever it rained. Half of the showers were broken, only 7 remained for the 100+ people on one floor. Broken doors, mold in ceilings, etc. just a complete disaster. over 25 people caught Covid-19, including myself due to COMPLETE lack of any safety measures and high volumes of clients despite pandemic, then we Quarantined as a group as if they assumed "herd immunity" would work, which i believe caused me severe medical discomfort and increased damage/symptoms. Those conditions led dozens of people to Abort the treatment, which for many resulted in additional criminal prosecution and sent them to prison because they left in fear for their health/lives. Numerous Counselors and staff quit due to their discomfort with the blatant unprofessional and unsafe conditions. The building was constantly understaffed and therefore unable to work right at any point. The only time we saw the upper level management and administrators was after the large Covid-19 outbreak, when enough reports were filed to the point where the health department was going to be showing up, and WOW did they do some major last minute overhauls on the entire place in anticipation of that, both with the content of programming activities, and the looks of the building. (And the majority of that work being done by the clients themselves) Replacing all the burned out lights, and the wet ceiling tiles, finished laying flooring that had been half done with glue showing for months, deep cleaning everything and even buying us a brand new pingpong table, gee thanks.. I sincerely hope that that facility shuts down like we all have been expecting the past few weeks, and hopefully allows them to rethink what kind of conditions are required to help change the lives of people struggling with addiction.
