Disgusted. Order placed online, confirmed and arrived for pickup only to be told no food. Then told by teenager he has no idea how to fix anything. Manager hid rather than address restaurant shortcoming. Can't describe food because I couldn't get any!!!!! It's 2022 and your employees STILL act like online orders are a new fangled thang! Fact; the customer service is so poor it simply does not exist there!! Doubtful KFC will give me a reason to try again...so I probably won't.

Ordered 2 buckets of chicken, Mac-n-cheese, cole slaw and biscuits. I spent over $80 on this mess. My significant other wanted KFC for Father's Day. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! The mac was ice cold and the chicken skin was greasy and mushy. The Franklin location has gone down hill. It was disgusting!!! So disappointed.

A waste of money no napkins no utensils biscuits didn’t even taste like a kfc biscuit chicken was trash sides as well. I was freaking hungry like really the only thing that was good was my Sierra Mist… just a total waste very disappointed & still freaking hungry

The last three meals we got have been 100% perfect, correct, and soooo very good (Breasts, wings, potatoes, biscuits even the Sierra Mist was excellent) I Hope they keep that up...because for a few years, the quality of the meals have been hit or miss - with us throwing many a meals in the trash as they were either too under cooked or hard as rock from being over cooked. For years on end the Sierra Mist drink tasted like rusty toilet water. Now it is better tasting than store bought. KFC is expensive...so we all tend to remember the bad meals we pay for. Franklin, Indiana loves KFC, and receives patronage from many in the neighborhood, here's to hoping KFC will continue this trend of respecting their customer back by providing quality product.

Also you'll probably need to take out a loan & always, always check your order if you're in the drive thru or if its "to go"
Perhaps they need a new speaker,and the orders sound garbled.
