I ordered 60 worth of food and didn’t realize they were closed. They then tried to deliver the next morning. I cancelled the order. They will not refund or answer the phone or email. I spend this much 3 times a week here. Not anymore. Never had a problem the past hundred times I’ve ordered here.

I ordered a pizza and crazy breadsticks. The pizza was severely burnt. I ate some of the breadsticks and ended up accidentally taking a bite out of one that appears to have mold on it. This is DISGUSTING!

Disclaimer: this the only time I have ever had a bad experience at Little Caesar's. I ordered a lunch combo via the Little Caesar's app at noon. It was not put into the oven (according to order tracking) until 1:11 PM. I then waited another 30 minutes before heading to the location. I don't always receive the "Ready" notification when it's ready. The employee was the only one working at this location today. He told me that there were no lunch combo preps done, so he couldn't make one. I politely asked for a refund, and he told to contact Door Dash. I told him that I did not order delivery or through Door Dash. He did not know how to give me a refund and said he "knew" there was a way to get it online. He didn't know the process, but insisted that I could get my money back online. Not a lot of money, but still. As far as I can tell, there isn't any way to easily contact their customer support for assistance with anything.

It was a joke, going to get food from little Caesars Pizza. I called them too place an order since the web site us not working nobody answered the phone. I went there in the drive thru. There were 4 people working and I was ignored. So I called from the drive thru and they hung up the phone. This is not the first time we have been ignored at this location. Why should a customer be treated like that when all you wanted to do was place an order. How can you make money being on a cell phone looking right at us at the window and walk away. Terrible service for sure and no food to boot.
