I have purchased at least 10 Stihl Chainsaws over the past 20 years. I like the quality and it is the only one I chose after living remote in Alaska. I can trust the products. After living remote I moved into Talkeetna Alaska where I bought two 16" and two 12" Stihl Chainsaws at the Moore's Hardware in Talkeetna Alaska. I ran into many problems with the dealer and you did not resolve my issues. I complained that the vendor had two employees that were drunk on duty. The reason I bring it up is that they gave me the wrong chains several times. I had 67 dogs and hand milled every dog house. I became very good with the chain saw and wanted to carve. I bought a 12" carving bar and special chain at Moore's Hardware. The records do not lie. I went back because the sprocket did not match up and it needed an additional part. The owner told me that I did not purchase it from him. I told him that I did. He stood right there in the back room and called me a liar. Not very customer oriented. I cam back and filed a complaint with you. They in turn contacted the Alaska State Troopers and put a restraining order against me. So, I had over $2,000 worth of gear I could not get serviced and I had to go to Wasilla over 60 miles away to get the repairs done by warranty. I ended up having legal problems and going to prison for something I did not do. I am free on my own in Michigan after beating the charges. I rated Moore's a one star on Google maps. The owner, who you support, got personal and attacked me on Google maps. I believe they should not represent Stihl. I just purchased another Stihl chain saw in St. Ignace, Michigan. Guess you do not like to have

Delivered at STIHL Northwest a few days after Christmas. Staff did their best to get me unloaded even though I didn't have an appointment (was told I did but didn't check with STIHL, my bad). For that, I want to thank you! Note to other truckers: they are normally strict with appointments so it is advisable to check and make sure you have one set. Dock is located on the south side of the building and is a bit tricky but not to bad.
