This Wendy's is what you'd expect from the chain, but it is chronically understaffed. They have difficulty staffing the dining room and there is often a long wait to get food. Once the food arrives, the quality seems normal/typical, but avoid this location if you are in a hurry.

I waited in the drive thru for approximately 15 minutes and then the line started moving quickly and it was our turn to order. Three cars in front of us pulled away and didn’t order. Once we made it to place our order, the pre- reordering stated they were sorry but they were closed. The restaurant closes at 11pm and it was 10:45. If I could rate this location a zero, I would.

The mobile app worked wonderfully the first time, and now it doesn't. The employees didn't know what a mobile order was and thought it was for doordash. I was understandable even though I waited twenty minutes while my food was getting cold. I got home and found out that my kids meal had everything on it-mustard, pickles, onions. THE KID MEAL DOESNT HAVE THOSE THINGS ON IT AND I DIDN'T ASK FOR THEM. It's obvious they are training new people but I wish they would train the people correctly

Not impressed really. Ordered 3 drinks, only 1 was actually correct. How do you screw up "NO ICE"? Ordered 2 different sandwiches, neither was correct. Very disappointed. I know staffing is difficult these days but jeesh. Won't be going back to spend $30 on food that is just tossed together.
