Your always waiting at least an hour to two hours for an online cut. I'm sure it's a staffing issue but there's usually not more than 2 people for like 8 stations.

Bad haircuts happen. But when you call in advance to have them fix the problem and then send you away I'll tell you to come back an hour later and still can't see you to fix that service they provided that is a problem. That's how I was treated today and then I was told that I was rude instead of being apologetic it's saying sorry for wasting my time and having to return to a place that gave me a poor service. I've had previous good experiences that other great clips however this is not one of them. My family and I will not be returning.

Love this place! We have taken my 19 month old grandson for a couple of haircuts. Both times, the girls have been fantastic. They know how to deal with babies and toddlers.
