Plenty of products to choose from but need more employees

The company needs to hire more staff so they can get the retail out onto the shelves. The store is NOT going to do well when it doesn't have product on the shelves to SELL. I feel very badly for the guys that are TRYING to get it all done with just a few staff on hand & fewer hours with which to get it done.

Only complaint I have is it was the 50% sale. When we went to check out several items wasn't part of the sale but was on the rack where the rest was. There was no papers hanging up showing us any different. She ended up showing us the paper as we was checking out and asking why they wasn't showing on sale. My mother made the comment then you need to put them up. The lady then said "I can't be here and do that at the same time". Mind you the store wasn't open that long. She did end up taking on item and making it 50% off. I do appreciate that but I feel like it should be better organized and the papers should be hung up so we have an idea.

Cashiers are always friendly and helpful. This store is also very coupon friendly, I've never had a cashier give me grief over coupons like I have at some other stores. They are always so nice and love seeing me save as much as I love saving!

My guess would be under staffing and poor scheduling
All these stores are like these. No training and no managers with skills. They can not keep people working these stores because of all this and no pay.
