My rental was covered by the factory warranty of my car being repaired so it was billed to the car dealership who rented it. They took my credit card only as a hold of $50 dollars telling me it would not be deducted. For the first day it appeared as a hold and pending but today it appeared as paid out and posted to the account which means they lied about it upon taking the card. I was extremely disappointed in the vehicle they found for me as I was having to climb into it though I am 60 years old, and it was a small truck without running boards which made it high. I would not have complained or had a complaint if they had not charged my car since they told me it would not be charged to.my account, but the deduction day says it was deducted in the day they swiped it. I guess I will report it to my bank and let them go after it if it's not immediately returned. They inspected the car, mileage, and gas as soon as it was returned and they said it was fine and has no problems in the return.

These people are AMAZING! I had to fight with State Farm so much after their client hit my car (2 1/2 weeks of fighting with STATE FARM) and Enterprise I felt went above and beyond to help me get into a rental as soon as possible and also was also patient with me on having to extend the rental due to State Farms issues. Enterprise was so kind and helpful, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them and I would use them again. 100% 5 STARS all the way.
