If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered take out over the phone last week, it was a disaster. The woman I spoke to said that I didn’t they don’t do bottomless side salads. Then I picked up the order and made the mistake of it not checking it at the restaurant before leaving. Unfortunately, the seasoning, salad dressing were missing and the burger was wrong. I called and spoke to the female manager. She requested I drive back 30 minutes to get a new burger, which I declined. So she offered a refund for one of the meals. By the time she hung up she processed the refund. Unfortunately I never received it.

It felt like they didn't have enough staff. The food we ordered was alright. I ordered the black and blue burger with an impossible patty. The blue cheese was way too strong and I couldn't taste anything else. I also ordered garlic fries which were just their steak fries with minced garlic from a jar thrown on top. We also ordered a burger, medium, which was delivered very well done. I don't think I'll be going there again. I can get better value elsewhere.

Our waitress was terrific but the fries were cold (replacement fries were hot but greasy). The avocado Cobb salad was generous in proportion! The stack of onions rings was hot and crunchy! The bottomless freckled lemonade was good. Seating was also good. Seemed more expensive than I remember.

I really enjoyed my experience eating out at Red Robin. I haven't been out for burgers in a long time. They sure made it worth my time. I had half of a Haystack Tavern Double™ (American cheese, Campfire Mayo and onion straws). Garlic Parm fries(1st time) regular fries and a 1/2 stack of onion rings. I had a Of course I had to take some home. But everything was great, right down to the service!
