2nd time in a week I ordered hot coffee and it was ice cold. How can you not feel the temp of the coffee?

I ordered 2 drinks, one looked and tasted like mud and the other one tasted more and more sour the more cream they put in it. I feel sick from the little bit that I sipped as I type this

Dunkin on Camp RD in Hamburg NY was great friendly staff great donuts and coffee pus they have other things .You should stop if your looking for a great cup of coffee or any cold drinks.I work there today was day 1 for me and I love it so trust me when I say it's great place to get coffee.
