After sitting in the drive thru with a dozen other running cars for fifteen mins they tell me they are out of most varieties of chicken. Keeping the inside closed is so bad for the environment. Very inconvenient for the customer. I won’t be back.

Calling corporate in the morning. Went in with my son because they had the drive thru blocked by the delivery truck. When i got in they told me they wasn’t even taking orders in person but you can do it online apartly because someone from DoorDash was there picking up which mean they had food. They was just being lazy and didn’t want to work. They laughed like it was a joke.

They can never get an order right. Then you don't find out until you get home. This last trip should have contained chicken breasts, but instead I was given all dark meat, which my husband and myself do not eat. But, I was not asked nor told. This particular store is the worst in my opinion. Everyone should be retrained at the very least. I mean from the top executives, down to the cashiers. I don't recommend this place. Personally I will never give it another chance!

Haven’t been to a KFC in years but the one time I did go today, I ordered at the drive thru speaker for a 3 pc tender combo at around 8 pm August 25th. When I went to the window she apparently didn’t have my order and cursed at me (which was very unexpected and I had to just awkwardly laugh off) and told me I would have to go back around in the long line again. Ended up not getting my food just because of the terrible customer service
