Don’t move here. We have had bugs, flies, Roaches And ants infesting our house. Every time we call about this the complex does nothing. We’ve had our toilet and tub flood with sewage. We and our neighbors had to fix it ourselves. If anyhow, A house made of wood in the middle of nowhere is 100% better.

The worst apartment complex in every possible way!! You AC will fail every year and good luck trying to get it fix. If you enjoy peaceful and quiet living, this is the wrong place. Loud music, loud neighbors, loud dogs barking all the time, and cops coming in and out on a daily basis. My apartment unit was sinking and there was cracks everywhere. Winter was the worst, the never, ever cleaned the snow of the streets. Getting out of that complex during snow was like trying to skate with one leg. BUGS!! It’s a wooden area so you will have bugs and spider crickets coming in from every possible crack on the walls of the laundry room. Good luck if you decide to rent there.

Obligatory 0 stars if possible. There are far too many things to write about. If I did try to write them all, this would turn into a 20 page essay. Instead, I'll briefly go over the issues my family and I have endured for the 2 years we had to reside here. 1. Absolutely horrendous neighbors that let their dogs bark without restraint. Want to talk to management about it? They don't care. They will rush you off the phone, ignore written complains, and, if they do happen to reply, they have the tendency to be rude. (((And nothing will be done))) 2. Failing appliances. Sure, some things might be 'new', but things like your AC, heating, and screen doors will most likely be defunct. Good luck trying to get someone to fix it, too. 107 heat index outside? They will respond to your inquiry in about 2 weeks. 3. Prices. The rent is ridiculous for the service and space provided. $1,167 for a one bedroom? No AC, and neighbors that have their insane dogs bark 24/7? Think that's worth it? (((It isn't))) I warn you out of good faith. Don't commit yourself to such a horrendous place. There ARE better places. Do NOT settle for such low standards. Reviews with 5 stars are 100%, undoubtedly, assured, known-by-direct-experience, to be fake. Fake, or they are suffering from severe delusion. Save yourself.
