They make you waist your time after they give me a groomer appointment and they took my money they had my dog for an hour in there and they decided not to grom her because they say she moves to much I think I was better if they should have decided that when I did the appointment on the website and one of the cuestion that they have was if she doesn't stay still and I say yes and they still gave me the appointment and even before the took my Yorkie in she asked me if she moves alot and I still say yes and the groomer decided to take the money from my card and then she call 1 hour and say she was not going to groom her and the problem is that they still haven't put the money in the card because I pay them whit a card I have to wait until the money gets back into the card is been 3.days already and still nothing and the ignorant part about all of this is that she didn't even try because my Yorkie doesn't have not even a single small sample of her hair cut or at least her nails not even 1 nail was cut or trim down if she at least wanted to do it she would have tried but not even she treat it my Yorkie like if she was sick and she couldn't touch her she had to give her confidence and make her feel comfortable so that she let her groom her because my Yorkie didn't understand what was going on be the girl is young and she has poor pets experience
