This will be the third time in the last few years that I have needed at least a room of furniture. This is also the third time I have visited this establishment and not a single person has acknowledged that I'm there. The people before me were at least given a name of the sales person should they need anything and the lady that arrived after me was as well. I walked both floors and saw both a bedroom set and dining set that I liked for the rooms I was shopping for, but also found a sectional as well. I passed multiple sales people and still nothing the entire visit, not even when they passed me as I was leaving. I would have loved to have purchased all 3 rooms today, however I can't bring myself to purchase from here when this seems to be a consistent experience for me. Whether the furniture was what I was looking for or not, I will not be visiting or purchasing from this store today or if future needs arise.

I have to STRONGLY recommend you NOT buy furniture from Macy’s Furniture and also avoid Macy’s Worry No More insurance plan. Why? Here is the short version. We bought a sectional couch in January of 2020 and paid extra for the Worry No More insurance. We were (initially) glad we did when our cat became ill and peed on two cushions. We immediately submitted the claim on July 16, 2020, which should have been very simple - ship us 2 new foam cores and cases for the damaged cushions. I write this review on February 15, 2021, 7 MONTHS LATER – we STILL do not have the cushions and cases. We have spent countless hours talking to Macy’s Furniture, talking to Worry No More – nothing comes. Wait several months and the wrong sized cushions with NO cases come. Call some more, sit on hold some more, hours and hours. Back and Forth. Promises made to correct their mistakes. Nothing comes. Honestly, if I were Macy’s I would have sent an entire replacement couch if I had to by now, as this has reached the point of embarrassment for Macy’s. We bought a 6-seat sectional, only 4 of which have been available for over seven months. We have bought many pieces of furniture over the years but after this experience we won’t be buying another thing. Don’t buy from Macy’s furniture. They no longer take care of their customers once the purchase is made.

Bought a couch 4 years ago with the 7 year Great Give Back Protection No Risk with WORRYNOMORE. It cover all accidental stains and they are cover wanting to cover food and pet fluid stain.

The sales representative John Pak was very helpful and not pushy at all, he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They offer an awesome 5 year refundable warranty that covers everything. I will definitely be returning in the future.
