While it's unclear if Dr. Jacob is a good dentist or not since I haven't been able to see him, the fact that I've used his website's appointment scheduling request (which states someone will reach out within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment), as well as called his office several times to leave a message requesting an appointment, and still have not heard from anyone is telling that his office is poorly managed. I'd recommend searching elsewhere if you're looking for a dentist for that reason alone.

Jacobs and his staff are super friendly and very professional. I walked in not knowing if I was going to be in good hands. Well I must share, not only was I attended right away,and worked on, but Jacobs explained to me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. In my past experiences with other dentist,I never left relaxed and in no pain what so ever like from Dr. Jacobs office. I'm truly pleased to share with others the great feeling I experienced. And I recommend him and his staff to others. So when my teeths need some TLC, I will definitely go to Dr. Jacobs

This is the best dentist that i have been to in years. I will not go anywhere else ever again. I have had very bad experiences at other dentists before but never with dr. Jacobs he is the best. I cant wait till my 10 month old is old enough to go to him. I love that the office is right in town and his hours are the best. In my mind he is the best dentist around. Everybody needs to go to dr. Jacobs.

I've been a patient of Doctor Joly since 1999 and he is by far the best dentist I've ever experienced - professional, friendly, upfront about all procedures and costs, and nobody - NOBODY - is more skilled with a needle than this man. My previous dentist was at an expensive office at 10th & Walnut, and he was an absolute butcher compared to Dr. Joly. I would never even consider using another dentist. Dr. Joly is also terrific to work with regarding scheduling (the convenient Saturday hours for those of us with busy M-F work weeks), insurance & payments - he accepts a wide range of plans and is always pleasant and informative regarding the process. I've been vociferously recommending Dr. Joly to my friends & family for over 15 years, and nothing is going to change that. Don't believe me? Try him yourself :) -Scott
