When I was younger I went to him for jaw pain. I was paying out if pocket. Long story short he worked on the wrong teeth and I ended up with 4 accessed teeth because the teeth he worked on were abscessed and the bad ones were abscessed. All 4 back teeth … the back two on each side. He works on one and fills it. I was in excruciating pain. I called and got no answer so I had to poke a hole in it myself to relieve the building pressure. Then he caps one and it doesn’t fit, way to big and it pops off. He tried at one point to root canal all four. He finally refers me to an Endodontic specialist. She saw that he broke the rod in my one back tooth making it infectious again almost down to the bone. At this point I contact the city and the state board asking for help. My dad was helping me with my care. I ended up losing all 4 teeth. I’ve had partials and constant troubles thanks to him and he never acknowledged his mistake and of course the board found he was not negligent. I’m still angry because I’m still affected by it. I can’t believe he’s still practicing. I feel like he took advantage of me not having insurance because I couldn’t file a complaint with them.

I am a medical physician who went to Dr. Glenn to get a cavity filled. Initially, we couldn't get x rays because I had jaw pain, so he asked me to return when I was feeling better. I did return after 3 weeks where they took x rays. Dr. Glenn said I have gum disease and need a cleaning but I asked him about my cavity (which was the reason I came in to see him) he said it just feels like a cavity but you just need to get a cleaning done first. Before leaving i asked if he was sure my cavity was not going to turn into a root canal? He replied and said no there is nothing there. Unfortunately, that was a red flag for me. When I got to the reception desk I was told the cleaning was cost $380 (insurance) + a copay of $120 to get my teeth cleaned. I was quite amazed since teeth cleanings were full covered by insurance. They also gave me an appointment for teeth cleaning 4 weeks from the day of the visit. As soon as I left his office, I called another dentist and got an appointment to get my teeth looked at for cavity filling. At the new dentists office I was told my cavity is really big and I would need a root canal as soon as possible( I was also in a lot of pain). Also, there was another cavity forming in the adjacent tooth that needs to be filled. I got a root canal the same week and also had my teeth cleaned (which the issuance paid for in full). I had had the cavity for almost 5 months and I'm glad I trusted my instincts. Dr. Glenn is running an untrustworthy and unethical practice. Would but recommend anyone to go there!
