My wife and I went into the Rich’s and looked around for a fire table. It was nice to be able to look without being hit up by a high pressure salesman. Kady approached us and was very helpful, didn’t pressure us and seemed to be truly interested in meeting our needs. We just had the table delivered and the two gentleman who delivered it were professional and very nice. Jonathan and Gustavo had it unloaded and running in no time. They did great. We would definitely use Rich’s again.

We visited Rich's in Tacoma to see what stoves were available and get a little education on gas stoves. Sonja is very knowledgeable and shared great information on stove types, brands and options. As we looked elsewhere at stoves, the education Sonja gave us became extremely useful. After looking around, it was apparent that the Lopi stove we looked at at Rich's was the one. The Lopi, being a local product was available and in their warehouse. Rich's installer is a great guy and did a great job. He once again went over all the features and functions of the stove. We are 100% satisfied with our choice of brands and that we purchased at Rich's. The personal attention and general education Sonja gave us made all the difference.
