On Saturday November 11 2020, I arrived at 11:30am to the bank and it was a line. In front of me were around 9people. At 12:05 they closed the door in my face and said that the bank was close. Not a good service because we arrived early enough for them to give us the service. Behind me were 3more people.

The manager was so rude and we were seating there and she did not help us till one of the tellers told her we were waiting for a Banker. We also seen her treat a customer in such a rude way. Will never go back there again.
