The grooming sucks. My 7 month golden has only went here twice, but this one was by far the worst job I have seen. I won’t be coming back for grooming purposes. His hair as seen in the picture is half cut, with the top of it undone, and his feet fur is nowhere close to being even slightly trimmed.

I bought two kittens over the weekend and was given a coupon book for them. (The dates were old but I redeemed these same coupons the same day I purchased my kittens) I Tried to redeem it at this location and they wouldn’t assist me, I even called the other location and was told u are good to redeem them at any pet smart, they still didn’t help me. Instead told me to go to the other location which is a whole 40 mins from where I live. Horrible customer service.

True Review

The store had more in stock then the other stores in the area. Not that the shelves were full but they had variety. The store was organized. The store could be cleaner. It seems as though people just leave trash wherever they want. There was only one cashier working and the wait was long. They need more people.
