Very clean store and everything was organized. The cashier wasn't aware of using manufacturers coupons as well as the Family Dollar digital coupons. 🤦🏾‍♀️😤

Tall blond woman cashier in this store is extremely rude and has a worked up attitude as if someone just stole her purse... see below for another review about her, if this is the same person. Scans stuff with agitation, rushes the transaction. Honestly it seems like she might be on cocaine or some other stimulant, I've seen druggies behave like this. Pretty uncomfortable experience buying stuff from this store because of her. I will record her name the next time I am there so hopefully management fires her.

Hello, I would like to start off with a positive. Dollar General is my go to place. Being in property management and needing things for properties while I am on the road I can always find a Dollar General no matter what part of Philly I am in. I have always been able to find what i need at a great price as well. Employees are helpful. Until recently I stopped into a location i believe the address was 11749 Bustleton ave. The store was set up a little different the the stores I am use to. I went to the counter and asked the young women for some help finding what I needed. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me I would have to wait a minute. This would be understandable if there were other customer's at the counter however there were not. after waiting many minutes I decided to venture back out and look for the product myself. She never did come out to the sales floor. I eventually found the item I was looking for and went to the checkout line when she started to ring me up I told her I was sorry she felt I bothered her and I found the item myself at which time she rplied good for you. This girl is in her early 20's reddish hair and I believe her name tag said Olivia. I will continue to be a Dollar General customer at other locations however If I find another Olivia attitude in the other stores I believe I will choose a new go to store. The convenience is not worth the horrible customer service especially when I spend a good $100/$200 a month in Dollar General.
