Trash workers, they “close” at 9 but lock the doors at 830. Lazy, they make “us” (you know what I mean) look bad…..

Witnessed an employee be verbally combatively with an elderly woman. The lady never raised her voice, he continously cut her off every time she tried to talk. The employee went on a rant about being tired of us customers complaining all the time. It was disgusting to witness. No man should yell and argue with a woman, let alone an elderly woman patronizing your place of work. I was told by another customer the employee was actually the manager which is even worse.

A couple years ago I used to go to this family dollar everyday and it was always fully stocked and the customer service was beyond expectations. Lately the last four times I’ve got there at 4:30pm they’ve been closed when as long as I’ve known them they close at 9:00pm. All the good employees are gone and they are down to two employees who take their break at the same time and will shut down the whole store. Like what??? They need more workers and better management or else they will most definitely be shut down.

Food in freezer is mostly expired… i almost fed my child food dated in 2020, no shopping carts, barely enough employees to stay opne their regular full hours…the ladies that work there arr so sweet, but then i got into it with the manager Orlando… this whole store is a #fail… i feel bad for the employees that work there.
