Decided for a Friday night I wanted some wings and visited the Cottman Avenue location. As soon as I walk in, a young lady who later I learn must be a shift leader/manager greets me as she’s sitting in a customer seat. No one is at the front to take my order. I had to ask for help so I call into a crowd of workers standing around doing nothing. The food was okay. The customer service left much to be desired. For that, I’ll forever be a BWW customer! They serve with a smile

Never had a problem with them before today I ordered boneless wings they were so burnt but I was starving so I tried to eat some I couldn’t too tough to bite it’s sad because they were always on point before sometimes a little too greasy but this was ridiculous

This place today was horrible. I always order from here and usually they’re good. Longer wait than what they tell you online but good nonetheless. Today however was ridiculous. I ordered only at 11:47. Got there at 12:30 because i know they take forever. My food was not done at all. All the staff was so discombobulated and seemed extremely incompetent. The manager seemed lost and like it was her first time stepping into a wingstop. The wings were so hard and inedible. They didn’t even give me the right amount. I didn’t leave out of there until 1:11. Couldn’t get a refund because they had no money. It was a disaster. Never again.
