So I spoke with a Gentleman named Daniel. That's a great name if u know the meaning and he fits it well. I am a very difficult person to talk to and I know it. Well Mr Daniel made it so fast simple and easy it was actually a good experience. Good enough for me to take the most thing of value to me witch is my time so I took it to write this review. I can say the accident sucks but he made things very simple enough to calm me down. I get stressed usually very easily and it was 100% stress free and easy to do... and now I got my vehicle the Gentleman Tyler made it very simple. I didn't even have to get out of the car accept to change seats. Thanks Enterprise Essex you guys are doing a great job and seenm to enjoy the work you guys do. Wonderful experience

Gave me a car with expired tags!!! My son got pulled over twice while driving!!! And there's more we have had to put air in one of the tires daily!!!

Deceptive and fraudulent billing. Rented a car over the weekend for one day. Just received my billing statement. Was charged for 3 days, and fuel. Fuel was charged at $5.51/gallon even though their cover said $3.79/gallon. Been trying to get a hold of the local branch for 30 mins to no avail. AVOID. EDIT: After 45' on a phone, Dalton corrected the situation
