My husband stated he was looking for his wife. He stated I'll find her. Then the hostess kept asking him are you meeting someone? My husband stated 3 times yes my wife that YOU seated. My husband was not very happy with the staff. We had to ask for the fries 3 times. The waitress said oh you want them now? Not a very good experience last night.

I feel embarrassed to say this, but after all the numerous restaurants and places I've been to all over,in different cities.. I've never been to a Red Robin before.. until today. It was a wonderful experience. I went with my six-year-old son and we were both very happy with the service and the way the food came out. Everything was perfect. This was the first time that we went to a restaurant and actually ate all of the food that was served.. The kids Mac n cheese is delicious,baby boy loved it!!.This restaurant is A+🔥🔥🔥I gave My server a $20 tip😀

Overall, not too bad an experience. Some of the food was good, some not. Service was a little slow, probably due to short-staffing during this pandemic, but it was ok overall. I've eaten here before the pandemic, and it was excellent, though. So I would still say give it a try, and use your own judgment.

I was a little afraid for the recent reviews of this place about service. My experience; 1- Place: Regular 2-Customer service: great. If I could remember, his name is Steven. I really enjoyed the time there, because the great service he provided. 3-Food: I didn't know they have a soda called "Shirley Temple" 😮 The entree, onion rings (I forgot to take a picture) I got a delicious burger "Southern Charm" it was very good to me, all the flavors in there were amazing. Sweet enough to enjoy it. 4-Price: reasonable. Fair
