The site had what I needed (6 items). However, when I asked to have a board cut, I was told that they couldn't do that. I saw that they had both a panel saw station as well as a radial arm one, so my assumption is that they don't have people trained in the operation of that equipment. Since my project depended upon having that board cut in half, I returned my six items to their shelves and will now call other places, including HD, that offer cutting. This is a clean and well stocked store. They just don't offer cutting, at least when I was there.

Kristine was awesome. She had great advice and her service skills were above and beyond. I would go back to this location just to be able to get her knowledge and expertise again.

This is a five star review for Judith Who was an expert in the battery powered outdoor equipment section. She took her time and explained options in a way that were helpful. I purchased a Ryobi 40v Leaf blower today and I will go back and see Judith when I’m ready for the next two battery powered pieces I will be buying later this summer. Stellar employee!!

Gary at the aurora store was so helpful. He knew everything that I needed to know and helped me out finding the right procuct for what my needs were. He has tons of respect for his coworkers especially the front of the house people that get to work with the public every day, and we aren't always nice. This site is always a pleasure to shop at, 100% recommend
