They are booked out over a month and wouldn't even offer to see our cat who is having serious and painful urinary problems. "Wait-list" isn't good enough guys. Might be good to train your staff to better understand severity-based priorities, or get more doctors who are willing to invest personal time in seeing high severity matters.

The staff was friendly. I have checked a stray cat for microchip and have had my dog PTS here. Price was quoted and no overcharge. Dr. was professional and caring.

They are like the others as you have to wait in car. They were prompt to the scheduled appointment and charged the customary rate. Dr. was informative and polite. Appointment was for health check for upcoming spay and neuter for my two puppies.

Very kind and friendly. Unfortunately our last visit was the last one with my service dog as he was dying and had to be put to sleep. But they were awesome and even tho there is a pandemic going on allowed me and my partner to be with him as they gave him medicine and let us stay as long as we needed to. They followed my wishes with his cremation and everything came back very quickly. I'm so greatful to Yelm Vet from helping me and my service animal with our end of life options and for being so kind.

Yes. Our team has performed cesarean sections many times before, though we are not always a reliable surgeon in cases of emergency c-sections, as we cannot guarantee we have appropriate staff on hand.
Hi Laney, Thank you for your interest :) We are currently not accepting volunteers. We hope to resume volunteer service in the near future. Just FYI - The minimum age is 16, you will need proof of vaccination and we are also masked.
We have never claimed to be an emergency vet. We can offer limited urgent care and some stabilization efforts prior to referral to an emergency veterinarian. A lot of people assumed that we were, as prior to covid we were open 7 days a week and til 8pm on weekdays. Covid has changed the number of doctors and licensed staff we have available- we have done our best to keep our changing staff and operational hours updated on our social media platforms. It was never our intention to mislead anyone :(
