Off the hook fries drive my visits. The burgers alway great and hot, something the other chains never get right. Staff is always clean and friendly, worth the extra bucks for this level of quality. Great store, good work!

A little expensive for fast food in my opinion, but as far as Five Guys goes this location seems to have it together. I can't remember them ever messing up my order or taking an exceptionally long time to have my order ready.

Usually not a bad experience at five guys. But tonight was a different story! We had 3 separate orders as we were paying separate. 2 online and one in store. We got the first two fairly quickly but then after taking them to the car and coming back in for the last one, they claimed they had already given us the order. Mind you, we had a hot dog, a grilled cheese, and a burger so it's not like we could've mistaken one for the other. Then they asked us for the receipt and to see our other bags so we had to go back out and get them and show them our receipt! So they said they would "remake" the burger even though it was never made in the first place. We get the bag...NO FRIES. At this point we had already waited over 30 mins and couldn't wait any longer so we left. The food was good as usual, but then my friend who ordered the hot dog ended up getting sick and puking! Now I am questioning if they put something in our food since they had to remake it. Poor show, five guys. I may not return after this degrading experience I just had.

We love the franchise, but this store gave us the worst service... We'll never go back. First, we ordered 4 burgers, 2 large fries. First burger was actually a patty and a half, idk where the other half ended up, but it wasnt on my burger. It also had only one piece of lettuce on it. The second was a double bacon cheeseburger, where they left off the bacon and the extra tomatoes that we paid extra for... we know this because it only had one tomato on it. The other 2 were correct thankfully, probably because they had only ketchup on one, and plain bacon burger for the other. The 2 large fries came just short of the top of the fry cups, with nothing extra in the bag. We called when we got back home with our food, where we were told it would refunded, but never was. I gave it 3 weeks for them to make it right. I hope this chain goes out of business for being cheap and cheating their customers out of what they paid way too much for some hamburgers and fries.
