Absolutely horrible customer service. My company ships multiple large packages a week and 99/100 ups stores will tape a box closed with no issue. The owner of this location cares more about making a profit on tape then keeping customers happy. Made me leave the store to go get tape out of my truck when he had a tape gun right there. He held up the line of customers and made me take two extra trips to my truck over 5 approximately 10 ft of tape.

The manager in the UPS in Shrewsbury was extremely rude when I asked about taping my box. For $1.59 you lost a loyal customer. I will not be back. You do not speak to an adult woman the way you did.

I was charged $1.59 for 3 strips of tape. Absolutely nuts. I will never come back. Trash!
