I wouldn't even give a star! Ordered on line for delivery. Received a text that the order was out for delivery. Literally live about 6 minutes from the store, an hour after text I called the store to see how much longer for delivery and the food was still there! They deliver using door dash and your food could take hours to get to you! Food arrived over 2 hours later. Mushy pizza and literally 4 fries for an order of fries! Pizza Hut has definitely went down hill fast! Will never order from them again

Nothing but bad experiences recently with this local pizza hut. I wish that wasnt the case because it used to be a well runned establishment.

Ordered a regular stuff crust pizza and was as thin as the thin and crispy pizza. If i did not know any better, it was a thin and crispy with a stuffed crust put on it. Update: 2nd time I have ordered and been burned with the same result, potentially worse. The stuffed crust pizza was so thin it literally snapped like a tortilla chip upon taking a bite of a slice. The slice had 0 taste from being so incredibly thin, except for the stuffed crust portion of it. It is a shame how far this chain has fallen. At this point they should just shudder there locations and call it a day. Update:3rd time I have ordered about 2-3 months since last time, per my son's request for stuffed crust. It was surprisingly very good this time. The pizza actually had some thickness to it despite it being the same exact way i ordered it the last 2 times. Was cut evenly, cooked to the way i appreciate, and generally good overall. But i won't bump up past 3 stars until this is a consistent occurrence. But good job on improving Pizza Hut

Unacceptable customer service. We ordered pizzas for friends 2 hours ago and they were never fulfilled, including our own order 30-45 minutes ago. Man at the register was very sassy, disrespectful, and showed no interest in helping me or other customers. One customer filled out an order online and never heard back so they called the store twice and was hung-up both times. It may be this one man, but not a good look for the store. I do not recommend ordering here, if anything of all Pizza Huts.
