The girl working the window yesterday evening is extremely rude. Asked me a question and when I am talking slams the window in my face. Corporate office is definitely going to get a call Monday morning. And cameras won’t lie honey they gonna see how rude you was! No worries!! If your that miserable with your job find a new one! Don’t need to be rude to people you never no what someone’s going through doesn’t cost you ANYTHING to be polite! Place is dirty anyways shouldn’t have even considered it! Take your money else where!

my wife went here like she does 3 times a week every week and the lady working the drive thru was very rude to my wife and my wife was told very loudly that there was no more chicken and it was only at 8:41 pm so my wife ordered mashed potatoes and mac n cheese and when my wife got to the window the lady pretty much threw the food at my wife and pushed it out the window disrespectfully smh when does kfc ever run out of chicken? i called the manager and was told that they were sorry and the employee lied about there being no chicken i also called corporate office too hopefully this employee was told about her actions and can be treating loyal customers like that as we spend about 60 dollars a week here and we r very nice people and we never treat anyone like she did to us

If you want dry over cooked corn, no biscuits, and a missing side come here. Definitely will NOT get food from here again. All this after being asked to take original recipes because they were low on extra crispy AFTER i made it to the drive thru window.

I HAD ORDERED A $30 DOLLAR FILLUP, ORIGINAL CHICKEN. WHEN I GOT HOME AND BEGAN TO SERVE THE FOOD TO MY KIDS I NOTICED THAT THE CHICKEN LOOKED DIFFERENT. IT LOOKED BURNT BUT DEFINITELY REHEATED. IT WAS TASTELESS IN FLAVOR, AND UNPLEASANT , VERY DIFFICULT TO EAT. THIS IS THE SECOND COMPLAINT I HAVE ABOUT THIS STORE BUT ITS THE FIRST TIME I TAKE MY TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT IT. THIS DEFINITELY ISNT ORIGINAL RECIPE CHICKEN, THIS LOOKS LIKE BURNT CHICKEN FROM THE CORNER STORE. I WASTED MY MONEY COMING HERE AGAIN. WHATS GOING ON WITH YOU GUYS? YOU WORK HERE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, YOU SEE IT WITH YOUR OWN EYES THAT THIS ISNT RIGHT, WHY WOULD YOU STILL SERVE MY FAMILY SOMETHING YOU WOULDN’T TAKE HOME AND FEED YOUR OWN?
