I received quick and effective help with my iPhone for free! While traveling, my screen went unresponsive, so I couldn’t access phone features or tickets or anything. I stopped here, waited for one customer In front of me, and then explained my issue. The technician listened, warned me what the worst case scenario might be, then took my iPhone into the back to assess. After only a minute or two, he came back with a fixed phone, and explained how I could do a reset with up-volume, down-volume, then power button (if it happens again). I asked what I owed them, and he said “no charge”! Thanks!

I’ve had a phone screen replaced, a Nintendo switch screen replaced and most recently I had to have a piece of an iPhone charger removed from the charging port, which took them seconds! They have always had great communication when making repairs on my devices! Highly recommend.

My boyfriend got his phone screen fixed from here, and we ended up having problems with his phone dying faster than it was supposed too. We were confused why this was even happening. We eventually had to get his phone fixed again, but a different place. We were told his battery was swollen, and that shouldn’t be happening with a 2 year old phone. This place literally switched his good battery out, and replaced it with a damaged one! Glad you guys think theft is okay! Won’t be going here again.

I couldn't charge my iPhone. The battery was almost dead. It looked like pieces of the end of a charger cord were stuck in the charging slot of my phone. I think the cord was stepped on, and when I went to plug it into my phone, a metal piece just broke off inside. I couldn't dislodge it. Neither could an employee from AT&T, and I didn't have insurance. Fortunately for me, he suggested I take the phone to uBreakiFix, which I did. I was met by a friendly young man upon entering the store. He immediately took my phone to the back, and just a little while later came out with the tiny metal piece in one hand and my phone ready to be charged in the other. And he did it for free! Refused to charge me. I was not only delighted, but so grateful for his expertise, kindness and generosity. Highly recommend. Great service, good heart. I didn't get his name, but I will remember him and the business. uBreakiFix, thank you so much.
