The employees are remarkably unhelpful and rude, every time my husband or father-in-law have gone in they've gotten attitude from the people behind the counter and jerked around about their bill. Other than that and the location, it's not a bad spot; the space we had was a decent, basic space.

Very rude staff. I will never do business with them again. I filled up my truck at the nearest gas station and they charged me an additional 100.00. In addition they told me to park in a firelane that was clearly posted that I would be towed.I have done business with them over 15 yrs and now i will never go back.

Cheaper than U-haul, and although you can only enter by Westbound highway 16, it’s a convenient location and good service. Have used for multiple moves and would use again.

So I walked into this location and there were 2 employees behind the counter working with 1 customer who was renting a truck. No one greeted me. When the woman working waved me to come to the counter she didn't ask how my day was or anything the first thing she said was "how old are you?" My reaction was are you serious? That's not how you approach people. I declined insurance with my online reservation because I have full coverage I pay for monthly and I know it covers anything I personally drive. She then said I need to call them I informed her that I know my policy covers all this and I had my policy number to give her also at this time while I told her this the customer next to me renting a truck was not asked to call his insurance company when he declined probably due to the fact he was an older gentleman. so I told her whatever and to charge me for the minimum because I assumed when I returned the truck I could get it taken off considering I had not been charged for anything yet. when I returned with the truck 3 hours later she told me the insurance can't be removed even though I was not charged for the truck yet and when you call customer service all you get is Middle Eastern men who tell you "no refund" I asked to speak to a supervisor because that's unfair. I sat on hold for 30 mins and then was told no refund and that there is no one above him I could talk to. I highly doubt there is no one above a call center supervisor. I had insurance and she would not let me deny it. Will never go to budget truck again.
