Only recommend coming here if you’re down and out of luck. Charged me $160 just to tell me to take it to a transmission shop. Surely it doesn’t take much time or effort to hook the car to a diagnostic scanner and read the code to tell me this. I’ve taken my car here a time or two before and it was decent, but now I never want to go back.

Got my inspection done here. Brought the vehicle to a mechanic to fix all the fails, before even working on them he asked me if I had brought him the right car. Only 2 out of the 13 fails were true. They went as far as to say there was an open hole in the floor, the mechanic spent an hour looking for it, never to find it. Customer service was non existant, literally like they didn't want customers to come back ever. If I could rate negative stars I would

I go into this gas station almost peeing my pants. And I got the worst customer service I could ever receive. The way that lady with glasses made me feel was by far the worst. I didn’t get to read her name tag but I hope she gets fired. And I ain’t tryna be a Karen but that was pitiful. “Are you gonna use the restroom because we are doing something” with all the attitude in the world. I’m not sure if she knows how to treat a customer but #1 you never rush a customer I was just trying to locate the water instead of asking for help before going into the restroom. As a manager , I would fire any of my employees that does that to a paying, respectful customer.
