I am literally in the movie theater writing a review due to me not being able to hear the movie & about to die from a heat stroke. My family and I are miserable. There is no air in theater 8 and we can barely hear! I complained to a manager on duty (African American Woman) and she did absolutely NOTHING about us not being able to hear. I want my money back because I have no idea what's happening in this movie. I also waited 45mins for a hot dog because they told me to wait 10 minutes initially but kept giving my hot dog away.

The only reason I am giving this place a two star is because the employees in the front were respectful . The oven was broke , the bathrooms were nasty and not cleaned , the movie theater room was disgusting food everywhere, it smelled like urine. When I asked why I was told they only clean the floors and that’s it . Food in cup holders stuck . Definitely not sanitary

I went to watch the movie here because Cinemark in mall or regal didn’t have the movie anymore. I had bought D row ticket but my neck started hurting watching just first 5-7 minutes of movie. The screen was so high and seat too low, we had to look up. Finally after 10 minutes, we went to last row with 2 seats in the middle and 1 seat on each side. Yes I sat separate from both kids to let them enjoy movie. It was still wasn’t comfortable experience. Gladly, only 6 seats were sold for this show so we were able to move back. I could see kids weren’t enjoying either and they looked tired too. The sound quality was also really very bad, it was like regular tv speaker and not much effect or bass either. It wasn’t good experience at all. I won’t be going to this theatre anymore. Btw, those whose are talking about $5 ticket on Tuesdays, they are also available at Cinemark in Mall too that has better seat and experience. The photo I took was from very last seat on the side.

Very reasonably priced movies. Seats are comfortable, but not like the newer theaters, so don't expect them to recline. Theater is clean. We had to buy the tickets at the concession stand so it took forever.
