Overall it was good. Clean, good shower, good AC. Good breakfast. The pool was fun and my son enjoyed it, even though it was gross with tons of dirt on the bottom and bugs, cigarette butts, and candy wrappers floating on the surface. The guy who checked us in, ken, was probably the most unenthusiastic person I’ve met. Seemed like he really didn’t want to be there and was really annoyed that we were there. We had two conditioners instead of a shampoo and conditioner. Not a big deal. Little detail though. Overall the point of a hotel is to sleep, and we were woken up by dogs barking multiple times. When I brought this to the front desk in the morning they just said I should have called the front desk at night. All fine and good, but that’s not the point. If I had to call the front desk in the night that means I’m already awake—and that’s the problem. Whether I let the front desk know or not, I’m already awake. And that negates the purpose of a hotel. So you’re basically letting a minority of people pay a pet fee to ruin all the other paying guests experience. Doesn’t make any sense, business or otherwise. If I owned the place first, I wouldn’t allow pets. But if I did. I’d restrict them to four rooms over in a corner somewhere and heavily discount the adjacent rooms. Unfortunate that they allow pets. Maybe you should only allow guests with pets and that would be a better business model. I’m not really upset, just really disappointed. If you don’t love being woken up by dogs and also wondering what’s on the floor of your room from other pets, don’t stay here. We won’t stay again for that reason. We’ll find somewhere that doesn’t allow pets.

Great Location, Great Accommodations, Great Block Rate for large group family coming into town. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean eating areas and lounge. Pool area was open and nice. Breakfast was above satisfactory yet wish they brewed fresh coffee regularly instead of the instant coffee machine. Recommended.

Make sure you have a credit and not a debit card. They will charge you an extra 200 dollar damage deposit. Toilet wouldn't flush. Room was not sound proof could hear all the loud traffic off I-70 all night long. Air conditioning and heat wouldn't work right. Tv was very small. The only good thing was the breakfast. There also no ice bucket in the room.

The rooms were clean and well made. Staff was friendly and able to go above and beyond minimum requirements to assist guests. Nick, the manager, was even able to help when there were no ubers or lifts in the area due to bad weather (stopped at La Quinta unexpectedley due to car issues when I needed to pull over immediately). They exceeded my expectations.

Yes they have parking and lounge breakfast in brown bag and coffee
Hotels have policies like that to protect their property. Misuse and unintentional damage become more likely during extended stays. Make your bookings for different rooms and see if the hotel staff will work with you. If you are friendly with them and allow them access for housekeeping, they will probably be happy to help if they can.
