It was good 🙂 A bunch of people must like it because we had to wait like in a corner of the parking lot that a secerty guard told us to stay in until someone left. It's pretty expensive for hamburgers and fries but they are good.

Eaten here a couple times in the last 6 months. 1st time wasn't able to eat inside, but this time the dining room was open. Cleanliness could be improved, facility and tables were filthy. Food was ready in a timely manner. Stopped again 5/8/22 since I was in the area. Walked up to the door...and once again, it was locked. No sign on door or anything, to let anyone know. Seemed drive-thru was taking orders. I think I'm done trying at this location, since it seems there is always an issue. Noticed a lot of negative reviews for this location and it's sad, since I, along with plenty of other people, look(ed) forward to Jack In The Box.

Yesterday system down can’t take your order. Today I ordered 12 tacos. And they said I can’t do that cause I’m here by myself. This is the worst Jack in the box I have ever seen. Why bother even opening? Ridiculous I’ll never go back

I want to give zero stars so bad but the great people at google won't allow me to do so. Not only did the staff not show up to work until 11am but I was told that you couldn't accommodate a simple 20 taco order. Why are you still in business. That's the million dollar question and I wish long John Silvers was still here in Blue springs.
