KFC in Harrisonville, MO is terrible. They run out of food items early and service is very slow. Quality of food is below standards as well. Not easy to get in and out of either.

Our 6yo son gets infusions every month and he gets to choose where to eat after. We usually stop in Harrisonville as it's the halfway point. The staff was super friendly! Excellent customer service and it was clean. He left one happy kid! We will be back!

Went there to get wings hot wings and they said that they were not available to purchase decided to get a two piece chicken which they charge $6.49 plus tax or two pieces of chicken a leg and thigh which must have been miniature chicken because they were smallest I've seen they also sold a box Meal for $6.49 also which included a cookie mashed potatoes and gravy biscuit and two pieces of chicken not sure how that works the Meal was cheaper then there two pieces of chicken the employees we encountered the first one they ignored me after multiple times to get her attention then the second one was rude and pushed our food to us just to get us on our way opposed to answering any questions this KFC over the years has done nothing but go downhill not to have wings since it's chicken place available for purchase I thought was something I didn't think I would hear they overcharged and their customer service is beyond lacking this particular location definitely needs to be re-educated on customer service quality of food as for the price other chicken $6.49 poor poor quality chicken for me is just unacceptable we go to these places because it is fast food but when you sacrifice quality or even just mediocre you would think that at least the service would have been better I'll not be going back to this particular KFC which after living in Harrisonville for over 40 years it's sad that I have seen not only the quality of food the poor service but the increased prices is for me unacceptable somebody needs to step in and correct this I will be contacting all of my contacts as many as possible to make sure that they understand what happened to me

The employee at this KFC saw my partner and I standing at the door around 7:20pm, yesterday. He prob felt busy and didnt want to go out of his way to let us know what was going on. The door and google source said this KFC closed at a later time. Neither of the dudes working came over to explain the Lobby hours closed at 7pm. I called them to ask whats up. Im thankful the phone was picked up. Setting up a paper sign and taping it to the entrances of the building to communicate lobby closing hours would be most effective and appreciated. Drive-through was open still, but we wanted to go into KFC because a lady was holding up the line fat.

It has a buffet but the two times we went they had a couple of wings and a thigh in the original and the same in the crispy. The mashed potatoes were almost gone. We sat there an extra half an hour and they never even tried to fill them. This is ridiculous when you pay almost $9 for it so you can get the pieces you want. Other people came in an ordered the buffet while we were there and they never bought out fresh chicken in that half hour
