Very clean and actually affordable. Surprises me how cheap this PetSmart is compared to the prices in Fairview Heights Illinois. I purchased the exact same items as I always do and it was almost 50% less. I'll be doing my shopping here and Fairview Heights or Illinois can continue to upcharge everything until everyone moves out of the state and then they'll be begging for business. Great job at this location. Very clean place and friendly staff. 👌

Worst Petsmart I've ever been too, employees are usually in a hurry, managers are snappy. Not the kind of interactions I want at a petstore. This isn't a bad review for Petsmart, just this specific one. Ashley specifically ( a manager ) acted as if she was there to make a sale and nothing else. Very poor service, I'll never spend a dime here again. I'm a fan of Petsmart but go to the Arnold location or any other before you choose this location.

When you are purchasing online, select curbside pickup at the checkout. And then when you arrive, there is a phone number to call posted on designated curbside pickup parking spaces.
Cats, parrots, gerbils, hamsters, chinchillas, fish, and dogs during adoption events. No monkeys though!

You have to fill out an application and have it approved, but it doesn't take too many days. And they make it so no one else can adopt the cat while the application is processing.
