The food was ok, but the service was lacking. The lady at the drive thru seemed fed up. Fast food is hard, but you still need to be professional.

Placed a mobile order on a Tuesday evening and waited in the drive through for nearly 45 minutes. If I could have found a way to cancel the order I would have and went somewhere else. Slowest drive through I've even been in.

I visit this place quite often. Along with any others in diff areas. I will say this is the BEST one in 2 states by far! I think they have recently changed ownership. I always order my chicken sandwiches “special”…cooked 2 minutes longer‼️😊. They are “always” spot on exactly the way I like them. Every other one I have visited, I have dumped and will “not” return bc they either put “all” toppings on it (I want plain only mayo)and never cook it like I order. If I’m paying for an item and I like it cooked a little longer, that’s what I want…. Thank you crew at Jack-in-the-Box on Manchester‼️👍🏻. You all are always pleasant and love coming there! First off the guy making the food was not wearing his mask. Second, they forgot my drinks so I had to drive back and when they gave me the drinks it was the wrong drinks. Third when I got my food there was hardly anything in it. The teriyaki chicken bowl was old with dry shriveled carrots and barely any chicken in it. Should change the name to rice bowl with a sprinkle of chicken and old vegetables. This place was horrible.
