It's like playing Roulette when you go to this Hardee's. Sometimes the food is on point, other times the food is cold and not the greatest. I guess it depends on who's cooking maybe?

This place has really gone downhill. The staff is pretty rude and likes to huff into the microphone a lot whenever you're ordering and they're annoyed that you asked a question. Sometimes it feels like they hate you simply for existing and you're a complete and utter burden just for visiting their restaurant. I went here a couple mornings ago to order breakfast. I ordered a combo, with a drink, and hash rounds. I got to the window and handed them my card. They gave me a bag that was pretty lightweight and I thought it was just the hash rounds. I was then asked if I wanted a drink so they didn't have to throw it away and I said "no just the tea I ordered". After another minute or so, they have me another bag and told me to have a nice day. As I was pulling away I realized I didn't get my drink. That's fine as that was on me. I pulled around and told them that I ordered a combo but didn't get my drink. While I was waiting in line to get back to the window, I looked in the first bag and noticed that it was the biscuit from the combo I ordered. I looked in the second bag and the order wasn't even mine. There were no hash rounds whatsoever. I grabbed the receipt and took a look at it and they didn't even charge me for a combo or mark down that I ordered a drink or hash rounds. I get to the window and explain the whole thing and she steps aside and speaks to who I'm assuming was the manager. She came back to the window and asked if it was a biscuit that I was missing. I told her no and explained to the situation again. She spoke with the manager again and they were able to get everything all straightened up. What is usually a 10-minute trip to town turned into almost half an hour. I've given this place so many chances in the last few months and I just end up disappointed every time.

The food is always cold, ordered online twice now and paid extra for upgrade and didnt get either time norbdidbthey refund the extra moneyand considering they are much higher prices than other fast food in town then maybe they need to hire people who know what they are doing

Everything so cold it didn't even melt the cheese. The bread is supposed to buttered and toasted, guess they were having a bad day😪.........AGAIN!
