I ve been going to this salon for years. Now you never know if they will be open or not. Drive there no one there. I will definitely not ever go back. Three times now this has happened. Not ok.

I was so looking forward to getting my hair cut until I actually went to this salon. The woman who called me back when it was my turn was apparently getting ready to go home in a few minutes from what I could tell by a conversation she had with another stylist. I didnt request anything extroidanary. I asked her to simply "shape ip" the style I currently had and have worn for years. When she was through I said I dont quite understand what you did here? May I use a comb and the dryer to see if I could get my hair to lay as I expected. She sort of scoffed then handed me the comb and dryer. After trying to style it I said the layers arent laying right. She had only cut the top part of my bangs ( on top of my head ) which in no way blended with the rest of my layers. She just looked at me as if she was confused. I had to go and I said well Ill have to come back Im out of time. My hair looked awful I almost cried! I called the corporate office and explained in detail what transpired. They refused to refund my money only offering I return and try another stylist. Saying there was confusion. This haircut was ridiculous! I was too leary to return. The top part of my bangs were about an inch and a half long! She said if I continue you'll have a bi-level??? Never, ever will I go to Walmart to get a haircut. The woman was rude. I can be treated rudely anywhere. I especially will not pay to be treated that way. Buyer beware.

Love these girls. This was my first salon job out of cosmetology school. I still go here to have my own hair done sometimes. The girls treat each other like family (and even me still, more than 3 years after I left).

Took my 2 girls (10 &12) to get A LOT of hair chopped off to their liking. The stylists were very professional with my girls, they kept me in the loop of what I would approve of and even asked if I wanted to donate their hair (of course I said yes). Very friendly stylist.
