I ordered 2 new tires and made an appointment to have them put on but when I came for the tires they hadn’t been delivered. Was told the guy would call me when they arrived the next day but never did. I called them and they said they were there but took 2 hours to get them on.

The mechanic had no idea what he was taking about. I have BTF upper control arms (aftermarket) he said they’re not street legal they’re for Rock crawlers! Uhhh, no they’re for 02-05 firs explorer!! That’s why they was made for that gen!! He said the uniball joints are bad!!!! No they Are supposed to have up and down play in them!!! They have downward force on them! The side to side movement is what’s bad and there is none!! Tight as can be!! Failed my inspection!! That’s asinine!!! He wouldn’t listen to me!! I’ma mechanic of 15 years working, fabricating all my own!! But I can’t legally inspect my truck!! Just couldn’t believe it. Kent is awesome though!! Great guy. Went to school with him. Other guy I won’t name. But seriously come on. A rock crawler?!! Geez 🙄
