Let me just say we ordered a piece of furniture back before Thanksgiving and as of today we have still not received it can you call they do not like to return your phone calls I would highly recommend going somewhere else

If I could give 0 stars I would. First, they were almost 10 minutes late in opening on a 90+ degree day. Then they told us that they don’t honor the Ashley promotions that we had seen advertised that morning because they are independently owned. Not sure why they call themselves “Ashley Furniture” then. We were furnishing an entire house so we wanted to take advantage of the 25% off promotion that every other store was offering. They refused to honor that promotion so we left and went to the South County store, where we saved several thousand dollars and they also agreed to deliver for free. We will NEVER patronize that store, even though we live very near that store.

Not a great first experience with this store at all. When I decided on my purchase, I was told that I would have my furniture in 2 to 3 weeks at the most on March 30th. It is now May 6th and they are finally ready to schedule a delivery. I call to schedule a delivery, but i'm told that they can not schedule a specific time for the delivery. So I guess I am supposed to just give a day and sit around twiddling my thumbs waiting on them to let me know when they will deliver it. This is completely unacceptable.
