I just received my 2022 Edge , it arrived 12 weeks after ordering,much faster than expected. The service has been great. The car has no defects or problems as received.

I understand it’s easy to leave bad reviews when things go wrong but it’s important to leave good ones when they’re earned. Nobody wanted to work on my truck. The exhaust manifolds both needed to be replaced and the bolts and nuts were rusted and rounded off. Scism did it and for less than what they quoted. Couldn’t have been easy but they took care of it and I appreciate it.

Bought a dodge ram today, I felt no pressure to buy. I'd been looking for 6 months. I'll probably buy a car next from them. What really impressed me was they didn't try to upsell me into a price range I wasn't comfortable with. Another much more interesting note was that everyone I saw working there... LOOKED HAPPY. They genuinely looked and acted like they enjoy doing what they do. I will be back.

With new F150 pickups in short supply, I traveled two hours to this dealer. I was interested in a specific configuration, and this location had four. The salesperson and I worked out a deal, but I had not decided which color I wanted. Another person, who I assumed was a sales manager, assured me the agreed upon price was good on any of the four trucks in stock. I told them I would return the next day with a bank check, the title to my trade in, etc. He wanted the sale made that day, but I refused. When I left the dealership, he shot me a look that could kill. The next day I called the salesman with my color choice, only to learn the price had increased $50.00, which I wasn't paying, and told them to forget it. They quickly relented, and I was lied to about the discrepancy. After returning home, I discovered that I didn't have the certificate of origin, which had been held without telling me. I spoke with an extremely rude woman on the phone, and finally got the needed paperwork. I really like my new Ford F150, but buying from this place was anything but a pleasant experience, and definitely not recommended.
